3. Appointments & Cancellations Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellation policies (such as notice period and fees) will be communicated at intake and must be followed.
4. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate personal information and comply with guidelines provided by clinicians. You agree to engage in services respectfully.
5. Payment & Insurance Fees, insurance billing practices, co-pays, deductibles, and payment responsibilities will be outlined in service agreements. You are responsible for any charges not covered by insurance.
6. Confidentiality Client communications are confidential. Exceptions apply when required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self/others, abuse reporting).
7. Intellectual Property All materials on the website are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without permission.
8. Website Use You agree to use the website lawfully and not engage in harmful, offensive, or abusive conduct. Unauthorized access or attempts to compromise the site are prohibited.
